Courtney, a Speech-Language Pathologist, owns a private practice in California and employs 45+ employees in her 7-figure business.  She holds a part-time lecturer position at California State University, Fresno, where she teaches undergraduate Communicative Disorders and Deaf Studies courses on Language Development and Education of Exceptional Children.  She has mentored over 200 post-baccalaureate students in a career spanning 15 years.
